GSS - Why Need

Dear All,

I am designing a primary/DR sites setup, where we will have dedicated
servers for Web, DNS, DHCP services. My concern is high availability of
these services to Internet and remote users. If a service goes down on one
site or full site goes down, service should be accessible through other
side. In this scanerio do i need GSS if yes then why and where i will place
it.
I have gone through GSS datasheets but couldn't understand whether i need
this box and what that couldn't work without it.
