Re: pim auto-rp priority missing?

Summary of a top of my head (for AutoRP, not for BSR)

1. Configure "ip pim rp-address x.x.x.x" where x.x.x.x is an address of the
backup. By default, PIM prefers dynamically discovered RP before statically
configured, therefore AUTO-RP selection will be PRIMARY. Manually configured
will be the STANDBY. This is a combination of dynamic/static mappings, and
needs fully functional auto-rp first.

2. Higher/lower IP address for PRIMARY/STANDBY

3. Same RP address, interconnect with MSDP (will not function without MSDP)

4. Advertise PRIMARY for specific scope (like /24 prefix) and broader scope
for STANDBY (like the whole /4 mcast prefix). Router will natively prefer
best match, and therefore more specific scope. Beware - #4 can be
problematic in practice.
