This is your final setup.

R1 (P2M Non Br) <---> R2 (Default is Non Br)

OSPF will exchange routes only with these combinations.

Br <-> Br
Br <-> Non Br.
Non Br -> Non Br.

P2P <-> P2P
P2P <-> P2M
P2M <-> P2M

P2M <-> P2M Non Br
P2M Non Br <-> P2M Non Br

So your above combination wont work. Eventhough you may see adjacency
established, the routes wont be in the routing table.

Thameem

Subject
Doubt regarding OSPF

HI Experts,
Following is my Topology in OSPF with FR:-

R1( hub) <-------> R2 (spoke)

Now R1( point-to-point) and R2 (NBMA)

Therefore I changed the network type on R1 to point-to-multipoint non
broadcast and also used the neighbor command to R2.My neighborship comes
up
on both the sides but I don't see the routes in the Routing Table.??

Is is a normal behaviour of the protocol with the network ( NBMA ) or is
there something that I need to study about??

Please advise.
