Actually there is disagreement regarding Network Links connecting the both
router one router with Point-to-multipoint non broadcast list it as Stub
Network, and other router with NBMA list it as transit Network. and if you
see the stored LSA in detail you will notice that advertising router is not
reachable due to that route will not come in to the routing table..
