Gaurav, even i think this is a physical problem or clock rate not set on
DCE (FR switch).

Problem i am facing is my rack provider is in US and am in UAE.. So i will
get a reply by late night. Will update you guys..

This is purely a L1 prob .. nothing to do with encap , keepalive etc

Indeed but after that the rest of the config starts. I just wanted to make
sure he would not run into that as the next issue. :)
