Re: Frame Relay not working --- DTE V.35 clocks stopped

Did you try giving no shut. usually if u dont give no shut both line
and protocol will be down.! but if u forgot the clock rate 64000 then
protocol would be down.! physical connectivity will be UP.! and check
whether on both sides of the link.! encapsulation frame-relay is
given..
