I wouldn't take any of this seriously if I were you. Keep in mind that:-
- A quick search of the web shows that the author is not a cisco employee.
- If you ask them (and I did a little earlier today), cisco will happily
confirm that they do not endorse TK & P4S material, far from it in fact.
- Neither the page, nor its author, appear to be indexed on the cisco
web site search facility.
Students and some third parties appear to be allowed to upload to some
parts of the site. One such individual has created a presentation which
is at odds with the published and stated policies, and it has been
picked up by external search engines. A misunderstanding or perhaps a
joke, not front page news.
