Yes, but that would summarize the network to its classful boundary i.e
163.1.0.0/16.

So Yuri, if the requirement is only to summarize the network to its
classful boundary, auto-summarize it i.e remove no auto-summary. But
if, as per your scenario above you want it to summarize it to some
other subnet, then Divin's solution holds good
