MSDP will exchange information so peers will be knowledgeable about existing
sources and destinations.
But once there is a receiver in one AS and a sender in another, you need the
same technologies to propagate that Multicast data flow, as you would have
in your own AS... which is PIM in some variation or form (ommiting L2 Rings
and MVR)
