Thanks Mark, Darby and Darth for your comments.
Darth - My friend has asked his boss if they want his CCIE# to be associated
and boss told that they already have more than enough ccie to keep gold
partnership (twice the required numbers). That company pays very well to
CCIE's so they stay there.
Also, its interesting unethical part as u mention to work for other
competitor is absence in this case. The company Y is in other country. So if
he associates his number iwth company Y there is no threat to company 'X'. A
few hours he may have to work with company 'Y' critical cases but on part
time basis. 9-5 with company X and after that for company Y.
So what and where is the unethical thing with doing so?
a) Company X is getting his time 9-5
b) Company X has no problem with associating his number with other as they
are not using it.
c) Company X doesn't have any competation with company Y. coz they are in 2
different timezone/countries.
d) Company Y only runs in their own country.
Any more insite would always be welcomed on this topic.
