are you able to make .tar file with a few errors?
if the answer is yes, then go ahead and import it to 6.1.x, that should
work.
Other wise it will need a serious clean-up before it will let you take the
backup.
look in the matrix of DMA version for compatibility and choosing the right
version of dma for your ccm4x.
