What I do and seems to work for me is after a fresh install of the
callmanager or if you have already made some configurations, take the pain
to go through all the configurations; delete everything that you can delete
and reset everything to its default; once you have achieved your desire
"fresh install" or "default status"

Use BARS to create a backup of the callmanager in its default/fresh state;
BARS will save your configuration as a .tar file.

Now go ahead and configure any lap/scenario that you want. When you want to
reset callmanager to its default/fresh install state; simply launch BARS and
restore from the file you initially created.
