lab question requires, nothing more, nothing less.

Hi Ruhann,

I have seen this too, it seems most examples set a Bc value. I always go
with least configuration to get the job done. I would set the CIR and leave
Bc alone unless there was something else that implied setting a low or high
Bc value.
