I would think if you can't understand or have difficulties with english
qualifying/open ended questions, you are going to have a very tough time with
specifically worded lab tasks. So that just doesn't make sense...plus imo
much like math, ccie concepts/blue print is universal(not as much maybe)

I've been told by a Cisco TAC insider that the primary reason for introducing
the ccie lab open ended questions is to keep the number of foreign ccie's
(non-US english speakers) down.
Apparently cisco was not happy that there are now more foreign ccie's than in
the states.
Personally I don't think this is fair!
