I'd say neither one. The program definitely does not teach the lab,
rather it teaches you to see through the lab questions. And the lab is
not easy. From the team that had the 360 bootcamps with me, we all
have 10+ years of experience with networking. I'd say that the
workbook labs are at the same level or harder than the real lab, so if
you practice 20+ workbook labs that are harder than the real thing
(and by practice I mean try, fail, understand what you did wrong) you
stand a better chance at passing it on first try.
