Shahid,
RIP has it's own database, and that command displays contents of that
database.
If you have two protocols running, I.E. OSPF and RIP for the same networks,
you can see that RIP Database will have different content than RIB.
Also, excerpt from the DOCCD:
show ip rip database
To display summary address entries in the Routing Information Protocol (RIP)
routing database entries if relevant are routes being summarized based upon
a summary address, use the show ip rip database command in privileged EXEC
mode.
