Nadeem, you cannot be Cisco Certified without agreeing to Cisco NDA.
If you read or scroll through, it's your choice. Laws in many countries
sometimes take whole libraries, and most people do not know many laws. Yet
they still have to abide by them.
Cisco, on the other hand, presents every candidate with NDA to read, and
will not give out any certification to any individual that does not agree to
NDA.
