Two questions

1. Why ther is Frame -Relay DLCI mapping on the interface mapping
2. Just to test remove frame relay switching command globally and try with '
*frame-relay interface-dlci XXX switched'*
    To do this you to shut the interface first.

2. Can you try the same topology ; Between FR and Ethernet with Pseudowire

exmaple

pseudowire ETH-FRAME
encapsulation MPLS
interworking ip

connect FR Serial2/0 405 l2transport
 xconnect 2.2.2.2 3 pseudowire ETH-FRAME
