Ronnie,
In order to obtain a CCVP/CCSP/CCNP you have to have a CCNA and in order
to have a CCDP, you have to have a CCDA. I just called Cisco to verify
this (800-553-6387). I'm not sure what your certification tracker is
showing in your particular case so I can not comment on you
individually. I do know that the CCIE certification definitely does NOT
count as a CCNA or CCDA towards a professional level certification.
What you might be thinking of is the channel partner requirements
whereas there are certifications required for specific roles. The CCNA
roles CAN be filled by CCIEs.
thanks,
Brad Ellis

According to the certification requirements in the tracking system, a
CCIE or CCIP also satisfies the prereq requirement for CCVP/CCSP. I
recently completed the requirements for CCDP without a valid CCDA so
I'm pretty sure that the tracking system is accurate.
