I passed the exam recently. Based on my experience on the Open Ended I
answered one questions with two words. Another two questions with less than
one line of text. And only one questions I had to write three or four lines.
If you know the technical concept or technical point behind the question you
will not need much to write and it will only have you to write few words. So
in the exam if you think you will have to write too much to answer the
question most probably you don't know the right answer!
Another thing is that I doubt that Cisco made the configuration part
shorter. It was long and I just finished by the end of the eight hours. I
had only less than 30 minutes to review some tasks.
