BGP outbound route-map Query

Hi Experts

I know this is simple for you folks but I am really stucked

Situation

R 1----------BGP AS 100-----------------R2
| |
| |
| |
R3--------------------BGP AS 200---------R4

I have following routes advertised to R1 and R2 from AS 200 with Community
200:200

1. 200.200.200.1/32
2. 200.200.200.2/32

Condition

I need to make R1 as the primary gateway for these routes using an outbound
route-map and community

I tried with the AS PATH And MED it doesnt work.

Please help, any insight on that is appreciated
