Hi Ron,

I guess you'd already be aware of this, but dynamips can emulate an
ATM switch. I realise it's not remotely the same as a real LightStream
or cat8500, but it's better than nothing.

This might be a stupid statement, but the LightStream/cat8500 isn't
listed on the SP lab exam equipment list. If it's anything like the
R&S lab's Frame Relay switch, which you can't configure anyway, you
might not be missing out on much by not having the real switch.

Maybe others could comment on how useful a real ATM switch would be
for SP lab prep.

..or have I misunderstood your question -- are you just looking for a
config to apply to a LightStream/cat8500, that you already have, to
facilitate building a flexible lab topology?
