Can we conclude that you have to answer ALL the oeq correctly to pass ?
plus lab of course!
Is it possible that someone who configured the lab 100% as suggested by
that proctor failed to answer single oeq correctly ? What if you get a
3rd of the oeq and 100 % lab does that tip over the finishing line ?
Is someone able to bury this one for us ?

Somebody I know that took the lab very recently told me that his lab exam
workbook only added up to 79 points for whatever it's worth.

Subject: AW: Lab grading
Hi,
I think you have to pass the core question section to get the number. I
was on the lab and a proctor tells us that there was a candidate a week
bevor with a 100% configured lab, but he didn4t answer the questions. So
he failed. Therefore I think you get 21 points with the core questions
and 79 points with the configuration.
But the questions are not very hard to answer.
Regards
Holger

Hi,
Pls can someone clarify how the grading is done with CCIE RS Lab.
Cisco says we have to pass both the parts (Lab & Open ended questions) to
get our number. However I've been seeing in some posts that Open ended
questions form 100% along with the Lab and that lab indeed is scaled down
to
79 or 80 points to accommodate the short questions.
Apologies if it was asked earlier.
Rgds, Vj
