Hi Rsharma.
Think about the statement you entered, A wildcard mask of 0.0.0.0 means an
exact match, You can't make an exact match on the address 0.0.0.0.
IOS is smart enough to realise that you want to match any address, To do
this the wild card mask needs to be 255.255.255.255. As this means any value
in all 32bits will be succesfully matched.
