OSPF path preference is:
1. INTRA AREA: Stay inside the area if destination is in the area
2. INTER AREA: Go to AREA 0 as fast as possible if destination is outside
the area
3. E1
4. E2
Therefore, if communication is between networks that are in A10, it will be
in A10. If it's in other areas, it will go to A0.
Every earea has to have a complete view, so there is no conflict
