OSPF Path Selction based on Area id

Hi Experts,

While doing OSPF practice I came to know a behavior of OSPF for doing path
selection need your suggestion on the same

Scenario listed below

R1======R2

Two routers R1 and R2 are OSPF adjacents attached with Serial Link(Area 0,
Bandwidth 128Kbps) and Fast Ethernet link(Area 10, Bandwidth 100Mbps) Now R2
receives two copies of a Summary LSA (Type-3) from R1 due to their dual
adjacencies (Area0 and Area10).
Which LSA will be used for path calculation.
Does Area ID have any role to play in this...
