Dear All,
i am a CCIE Lab certified and have 8 year Exp in postsale which
include implementation,installation and configuration
I got offer as presale/postsale.i am little bit confused how I will do
job of presale as I don't have experience.
how can I start with that and what is the primary job of presale
engineer?many questions rises
I am totally unaware regarding RFP,RFI,BOQ terms.

please guide and any process link will be thankful
