Re: refuse-message works with rotary only ?

I got this same behavior. I did not try it with rotary though. I
tested by configuring every VTY line beyond 1 with "transport input
none". Then I telnetted once from one router, and the second router I
just got "connection refused." I couldn't get the refuse-message to be
displayed.

 password cisco
 login
 refuse-message ^C
GO AWAY
^C
line vty 1 4
 login
 refuse-message ^C
GO AWAY
^C
 transport input none
line vty 5 871
 login
 refuse-message ^C
GO AWAY
^C
 transport input none
