While this may be a silly question, but did you contact that support folks
at IE? They're good about responding. Your e-mail here received at 9pm out
on the West Coast, so even for a Saturday night that's viable.

Even if things were missed through the session I'm sure they'll be more than
happy to work with you on it!

I haven't used our new Poly Lab engine from the user side of things, so I'm
not sure I can offer help beyond that!

Gday Everyone,
Has anyone used the polylab with IE? I have organised a session for today.
about 3 hours ago and the link didnot show a "start" button as such. Session
is due now ( 16:00 AEST).

I am lost atm as to how to get it working. Can someone who used it before
please reply as to how to get the rack rental to communicate with the poly
lab tool please.
