From what you said, you seems to have troubles with this email (Gmail)
account, isnt it?

I do not think your ISP has anything to do here. If you use the email
provided by your ISP, then it may make more sense to doubt your ISP.

Check your junk mail folder, Gmail may mistakenly filter emails from GS.
More likely causes might line with GS itself.
