Can send but not receive

HI Guys,

At the moment, I'm only able to send emails, not receive.

Is anybody else having this same problem?

I'm trying to determine if this problem is with GS or my ISP, Time Warner
Road Runner.

Interestingly, I have another email account with Road Runner and I'm not
having any problems with that account - I can send and receive my emails.

Any thoughts?
