IMO, mcast is one of those topics that you never really understand until
your job depends on it or you work through some practice labs.

Once you configure everything, see which routers have and have not
registered with the RP. Which routers claim they have a group interested in
receiving the traffic? That would be routers configured with the static
joins ...

What happens when you introduce a source? Ping a mcast group ...

What happens when there are two sources ... separate pings from multiple
routers ...

I would imagine this ping and validation test would be good to practice
since you want to know how to configure it, and also how to test your
configs. For me, I have a history of fat fingers ... yuck. So for me,
testing my configs seems to uncover typos etc ...
