The old one looks like it was designed almost 20 years ago, ooh wait, it was! The new logo's look much better and the "CCNP - Service Provider" move is a good one. It shows Cisco is serious about branding their certifications. That said some bad moves have been made as well e.g the CCDE number format, after that the CCDE dropped from a 9/10 to a 4/10 on my awesometer.
For every petition to keep the old logo there will be a petition to keep the new ones. I am glad the new logo designs favor multiple IE's as I prefer to have a logo for each CCIE than to have one for all.
Is change really that hard?
