Dear Experts,
Recently I noticed that when you enable the trust boundary feature using
"mls qos trust device cisco-phone" command on a 3560 switchport and apply a
policy-map to the same interface, what ever command is given last supersedes
the other, in other terms you cannot use trust boundary and interface policy
maps together.
I tried using vlan based QOS and applying the policy map to the vlan
interface while the physical port has trust boundary enabled, this is
accepted by the switch but I do not know how it exactly works (will the
trust boundary function with the policy map work?)
Please let me know how I can use trust boundary feature with policy maps.
