Wow - I was wondering how long this would take to rear it's ugly head!!!
Customer service - more like customer NO service.
Internetworkexpert cut me off from materials that I had already ordered and
prepaid for untreleased items because they "said I was affiliated with a
competitor"
Interesting since that is not true and I actually worked for
Internetworkexpert
doing some beta testing a few years back. In the interest of fairness, I
also
did beta testing for CCBootcamp and IP Expert in the past as well.
I have been TRYING to get a response from Brian D., sent over 10 emails and
sent their "customer advocate team" emails as well. I even got them on their
live chat and was told that "they could not talk to me".
Anyway - have you guys seen the IP Expert responseto this?
It's very interesting!!!!!
