Intra area routes, the LSA 1 and 2, are never propagated into another area.
They are always "summarized":
LSA 1 -> LSA 4
LSA 2 -> LSA 3
Therefore LSA 1 in area 0 is LSA 4 in Area 51, and LSA 2 in area 0 is LSA 3
in Area 51
