I don't think that this is the right place for this, this should be sent to
the vendor in question. However, seeing as you submitted the order on
Christmas eve, today would be the first business day after your purchase.
From what I recall they usually state on their website orders take 2-3
business days to process and fore fill.

Peter.

Subject: IE Holiday Hours

Hi team,

With all due respect to the holidays, I understand delays. However, I
placed a CCIE 2.0 order on the 24th from IE to take advantage of my time off
on the holidays to study. I still have not received any COD information or
the PDFs for the labs. Would it make sense to post your holiday hours on
your web site if you aren't going to fulfill orders? I've sent emails and
have gotten one response stating my order is in process (as of today). I
call their support and sales line and get prompted to send an email (no
answer).

They have a 25% sale on everything as well. Would it make sense to staff
for these orders regardless of the holidays?

Sorry to vent on the forum, but hope IE will take steps to improve this.

Sincerely, a frustrated engineer.
