You guys remind me of the first few 1000 suckers who bought the PS2 or PS3
(one sucker here)... it never worked well, we paid way too much ($1000 on
ebay), Sony's support was horrible because they weren't setup to support it
yet...
I learned the sane wait for things to settle a bit... god I wonder if back
in 1993 the CCIE's who took the lab had to bring shop lights to see their
rack?

I was in touch with Vue support and they had no idea about it. They
pointed me back to Cisco who told me that they are still recovering
from holidays and that noone has looked into how can the score be
obtained...
