Hi Groups

I'm trying to understand flash-update-threshold command,

when putting flash-update-threshold 30 , i expect to see no flash
update whenever changes occur (by shut and no sh my loopback
interface).

but the router is still sending flash update.

am i missing something or is my lack of understanding of the command ?
