The debug message is generated inside of a routine that forwards an IP
datagram.
Forus means the packet is to be consumed by the router (for us). "stop
process pak"
just means that inside the routine, the code has concluded the packet
is to be
consumed by the router so the rest of code inside of the routine for
forwarding the packet outside of the box does not apply to the packet,
and it exits from the
routine. Essentially it is a control plane IOS message that displays
sometimes.
