Hrm, I don't know for sure, but it's related to the way IOS handles
packets destined for the local device -- "forus" == "For Us". I'm only
guessing, but I'd say this message relates to IOS quitting out of
process switching the packet, since it's not destined for egress.

I'd say it's normal 'debug ip packet' output, when CEF and perhaps
even fast switching is disabled, and the device needs to handle a
packet destined for itself.

Disclaimer: I could be wildly wrong.
