Well, given that I have some very recent experience with 17 Cisco
tracking systems, I can tell you that the first place to look would be
Vue database. That's where results are "immediately" available. Then,
they should show up in Cisco tracking (in a case of non-CCIE cert).
However, in a case of CCIE critten, I would look into Vue and then in
CCIE database and only then in I7whatevertheycallit.
