Yeah - I would love to see the EXACT wording of the PRACTICE task.
If it is to "form a trunk without using DTP" - the correct answer
structure would be:
switchport trunk encap insert_trunk_prot_here switchport mode trunk
switchport nonegotiate
If it is "do not trunk the links - and do not use DTP" - I would not set
each to switchport mode auto - I would go one step further and shut them
down ;-)
