OSPF Updates Restriction

Hello,

We have Head-Office connected to sales-Office via Site-to-Site VPN, OSPF is
running on both sites.
How could i restrict sales-Office in getting OSPF updates from Head-Office
once a day to avoid bandwidth issue.
Is any configuration required on the Head-Office as well.

Head-Office is connected to another 50 sites with VPN
