Sorry for the OT post; but being on the CLI sometimes 12 to 16 hours a day
can take a toll on your fingers, hands and overall circulation;

 

I wanted to let the group know I found something that really really makes
you hands and arms feel great. DO THIS AFTER your rack time though, as you
won't be able to type for about 6 hours

after working out with this guy (but your arms will look like a Shaolin Gung
Fu master)
