It's feasible if you have rented a car. If you are relying on a
taxi/shuttle, better make sure they're on time to get you and have no other
stops and hope that traffic is good.

I've done it before, but prefer to have available backup flights too! Just
in case! These days, you may also want to be sure you are doing carry-on
luggage because some airports are closing baggage checkin like 45 minutes
before flight time.
