area filter-list

Hi

I have labbed this command . ALthough I have got this working also .....
still wanted to confirm if my understanding is correct or not.

R3----------R2---------R4
     area1 | area2
                 |
                 |
                 |area 0
                R1

R1 is originating 1.1.1.1 ; 2.2.2.2 ; 3.3.3.3 ; 4.4.4.4

R2 has following prefix-list
*********************
do sh ip prefix-li
ip prefix-list TEST: 3 entries
   seq 10 permit 1.1.1.1/32
   seq 20 permit 2.2.2.2/32
   seq 30 deny 0.0.0.0/0 le 32

[A] If I say "area 1 filter-li TEST in "
      This means R3 will see 1.1.1.1 and 2.2.2.2

To achieve same thing ; I can also say :

[B] "area 0 filter-list TEST out"
Meaning thereby as routes go out of area 0 FILTER them acc to prefix-li
This will cause R4 as well as R3 to see only 1.1.1.1 and 2.2.2.2

This is what I understood from this command .. PLease correct me if correct
