With all due respect to you, to know how to configure is not what it mean to
be a CCIE.
In real world no one will give you a set of task's configure x,y,z.
your manager or your employer will come to you with a problem or a need that
he is facing usually it will be very obscure and you will have to
know how to analyze his need so the outcome will be to his satisfaction
where usually time and money are key points and to know how to get to his
need without wasting either his time or money this is where you are being
test in real life and this is what is expected from a real CCIE.
so I am sorry but don't say that you can configure as my 1.5year old sun can
configure HSRP but it doesn't mean he is an expert.
