Dear Nasim,
Since you are a CCIE (MashAllah) and more towards security, then having
juniper's knowledge (JUNOS(ES)) with a big certification would prove to be a
very big plus in your profile. Juniper has embedded security in its every
box.

In my opinion diversification of knowledge is more important thing. Then
there comes an aspect of integrating cisco and juniper, that is also a big
game.
