I think it's a worthwhile pursuit. But as with everything, it depends on
what you do with it!
If you do some Juniper work as well, then it's absolutely a great thing. If
you don't, well, if can't hurt but it may be a waste of your time.

Subject: Any value of JNCIE-ER
Dear Experts.
I need your advice regarding the Juniper's *JNCIE-ER* cert. I involved
mostly in enterprise networking projects. I am thinking to complete JNCIE-ER
as I will learn JUNOS language .
It also seems to me that down the line juniper will replace ScreenOS with
JUNOS-Enhanced services (which is actually JUNOS with additional security
services.
So one will be covering
1- Juniper Enterprise series routers (which are very very less in the
market)
2- Switching (new to the market)
3- Netscreen ( in furutre if and only if Juniper replace ScreenOS with
JUNOS)
I used to do ScreenOS oftenly here and there for the customers.
What do you guys think, is it worth while to do it.
Any inputs, personal experience and information regarding this track is
appreciated.
